Als Begleitung und zur Unterstützung des Heilungsprozesses nach der OP (auch online möglich). Dabei unterstützen wir die Narbenheilung mit Selbst-Massagetechniken und führen spezifische Übungen zur Regeneration der Beweglichkeit durch. Alles wird auf die unterschiedlichen Phasen des Heilungsprozesses und deinen individuellen Heilungsverlauf abgestimmt. Empfehlenswert sind zwei Termine innerhalb der ersten Wochen nach der OP. Erster Termin innerhalb der ersten Woche nach der OP, zweiter Termin 3-4 Wochen post-OP.
